We communicated with [redacted] - We are no longer responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the United States Postal ServiceHer package had insurance on itWe informed her that she would need to file a claim with the Post Office for a refund
[redacted] placed orders with my companyWe mass print our labels and when we were packing orders- the label/tracking number for the order with outfits was used for the order with outfitThe label/tracking number for the order with the outfit- contained the outfitsShe has now has all outfits within our shipping time frame!
We were shorted in our shipment in December- Issued a coupon code that the customer couldn't get to work- we then heard from here again at the end of April, she stated in a email she didn't get it right away and it was just showing upshe picked out a new outfit and it has since shipped and been delivered! Customer will not get a refund since she has a new outfit! I have a few more email docs if you would like to see them! Thanks so much!

[redacted] was shorter outfits but when sent two replacements that she picked out and they were mailed out on 1/18/She has been satisfied and has be compensated :)
I have ordered twice from them and have had a great experience. Order arrived in a timely fashion and the clothes were beautiful and of great quality. I have ordered about 10 items from them and very satisfied. Thank you for the affordable boutique clothing for my grandbaby.
