Just because one cat was sick and not all doesn't mean a single thing. If you were a veterinarian I would take this as fact but your company shouldn't project yourself as such. I do have all vet records if your company would need them. My cat has now passed away from this. 1000 dollars in vet bills later I am still paying for this. I will never ever recommend your company to anyone.

Their response is fabricated and false.  I had never received an email response or voicemail response from them regarding my complaints and certainly was never able to reach or speak to a live person.  I did finally receive a voicemail message from them on Friday, 11/6/2015.  I was able to refuse shipment of the last order and I did see that they cancelled the $140.70 charge that was pending last week on my credit card.  I really feel strongly the need to reiterate that their first and only attempt to contact me was not until November 6th, after I had already filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, after I complained on their facebook account, and after I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one because they would not stop charging it.
