In regards to customer to ***Our service department manager has contacted this customer today and has offered her a reselectionThe customer accepted this

In regards to customer ***, we are sorry the tables she was expecting ended up on backorder from the manufacturerMs*** can return the two tables she has for a refund and cancel the remaining table for a refund as well or she may reselect

Our service department has been in contact with the warranty company for this customerthey will contact her this week and see what they can do for the customer to get us to a satisfactory resolution

In regards to customer *** complaint, Darvin Furniture is authorizing a one time reselect of their dining room set of equal valueIf the customer reselects a dining room set of greater value they will have to pay the difference

In regards to Mr.*** complaint,our service department manager has states that in February of Darvin Furniture sent out a technician with a free Bunkie board as a courtesy ( which is used for support in place of a box spring) and also
additional support legsThere has been no further issues regarding the slats or bunkie board until now that Mr.*** is now "moving" and taking apart the bed and is complaining of stripped screwsDarvin Furniture has gone out to Mr.*** house on several occasion and went above and beyond to help Mr.***Davin Furniture warranty is for year and cannot at this time do more repairIf you have any further questions please contact us

The technician damaged the bed and I was not given anything for FREEPlatform beds do NOT use box springs so how was I given something in lieu of a box spring? Darvin is by far the worst furniture store in the area and I would not recommend to ANYONE

In regards to complaint number *** Darvin Furniture is working with the manufacturer to get the customers issue resolveUnfortunately it is taking longer than we anticipated in getting *** to send us the parts neededIf we could have an additional days to rectify the situation

Thank you for reaching out to us concerning our customer, Diane ***She purchased two leather recliners from our Clearance and Outlet Center on August 16th, The items held a month service warranty with Darvin and the manufacturer, but certain parts may still be covered for one year with
the manufacturerAccording to our records, Mrs* *** contacted us on Monday, April 10th to discuss one recliner that broke and does not reclineSince the item was out of warranty and did not have a manufactures defect concern, we forwarded her request to our accidental protection plan company on April 11th, As a courtesy to Mrs***, we contacted our accidental protection plan company on her behalf to speed up the claim process and a representative from their company contacted Mrs* *** to sserviceThey did try to reach this customer times on April 11th, 2017, but can not leave a voicemail because she does not have a mailbox setupWe understand that Mrs* *** may not be happy with the quality of her items purchased or the length of her warranty she received and signed for, but we are processing her request according to our customer claim proceduresWe will be contacting this customer once we receive the disposition report from our accidental protection plan company to address the actions that needs to be taken, either replacement or repair the item Please let us know if you have any questions… Thanks!
