He drove out of here with a quiet motor that ran wellWe test drove his SUV to make sure of itWe don't know how well this vehicle was taken care of the months he drove itWhat we do know is that we told him he had a day warrantyI personally wrote it on his receipt just below where I signed my name and dated it(please see attached copy) We respect and appreciate all of our customersWe work hard to keep them happyHowever? we cannot offer more than the used part dealers give usMr [redacted] left with a goodrunning SUV in his possessionHe said it himself when he acknowledge that his problem did not started until October 30, [redacted] ***Office Manager

*** *** they told me nothing about a day warranty until it was time to pay! look at the receipt , the date I paid on was the date it was written and not signed anywhere by the owner also the engine, I didn't agree in no way for them to put a older engine in my suv! it was suppose to be a engine! they put a engine in theirthey didn't bother to tell me that! red flags everywhere!i explored other options before them but I trusted in their worki thought they would have honest with me about what they where doing, i've had engine work before! on other vehicles and NEVER have an engine went out so soon! it didn't last 6months! but that's what happens when your trying to make an extra dollar! that engine was junk from day one! I ask you to look at this carefully! these are suppose to be license mechanics who know differents between and motor! so why would put it their knowing it wasn't no good! they should not be allowed to take advantage of customers that wayi totally disagree with their findings
