BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! What's their MO? Over promising under-delivering to start. Poor workmanship that we now have to redo most of their work costing us thousands of dollars and time. Theft at the job site which we never experience before with other contractors. When we finally dismissed them for dragging out the job (two months behind schedule) plus "UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE ORDERS" which would have increased their bid by over 75% we dismissed them. So before they left there was theft and vandalism that we now have to pay to replace. What did we and are going to do about it? Well, there are several investigations going on their company both county and statewide and we posted this to protect others from their unethical and unprofessional work habits.
