Cheap Estimate but You get what you pay for owner has a temper and does not quite do what is discussed or on contract I settled with him with a discount and I took it but I got what I paid for Workers are nice I suggest that you have him show you all of the steps before he proceeds onto different phases of the job Happy it is all done and I hope his work will last more than the years he gave me a warranty for
