Review: Dapperbox advertised an item called Pushcase. It is an iphone 4-5 case with popup slot for credit cards and money. They raised thousands on Kickstarter. I bought one online in May 2014. STILL have not received the product despite many emails inquiring about it, asking for a refund, asking for any help. I got one email stating it would be shipped late because they had quality control issues and wanted to send out the best possible product. They said I would get my item in the Q3/4 (now). No phone number to call, and no response to email despite the online "email us--we want to hear from you!".
Since then, Iphone 6 has come out and most of us who purchased cannot even use the product if they sent it out now. Seems now like a total scam. You can google it on Kickstarter and read the comments and complaints.
Someone just posted that we would get our order by latest Feb 2015--but now no one uses iphone 4/5 anymore!! A refund is the ONLY thing I really want--and to see this business get punished for dishonesty and noncompliance for their customers in good faith.Desired Settlement: Refund to my Paypal account or check in full amount of $[redacted]--or more --since this was supposed to be a gift for my son's birthday in May, and I had to give him an IOU instead of a gift. Also that they refund everyone who wants a refund.
Review: I purchased a product in March. When it was late, I inquired and was told to expect it in August.

I have also tried to email them and contact them on twitter. There is no phone number.Desired Settlement: I want the product I purchased, or at least a refund.
Review: I placed an order on this company's website on 02/27/14 for a case/wallet for my iPhone 5. They processed my payment the same day. I received a confirmation email saying that my merchandise should be received the following month. March came and went and I still hadn't received my merchandise. So I sent them an email 04/08/14 letting them know and received an email back from them on 04/10/14 saying there were some production issues and I would receive my product May or June 2014. It is now July 2014 and I have yet to receive a product or any kind of communication back from this company after an additional 3 email attempts to them.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or I would like my merchandise. One of which I would like in the next 14 days. It's been 4 months since I ordered the item and would just like this to come to a close.
