as we do with every title that gets paid off. We are not liable totransfer the title again into her name alone as it was in house financing we provided for her. We areliable for signing off ofthe title releasing our interest which we did. We feel this complaint is notnecessary and makes Dan's Quality Cars look bad with the Revdex.com and our community.Thank youDans Quality Cars

The customer, [redacted], signed all the paperwork; including as as/is statement and a disclaimer of warranty. When a customer drives off we have no knowledge of...

where it goes... who's driving it and how it has been driven; that is why the are sold "as is".
That Kia Sorento (2005) was a cream puff Automobile with a perfect "car-fax"! When delivered! We take pride in selling quality cars and are high standing with the Revdex.com. Thanks for hearing us out...

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the car ran for less than one day. I tried to talk to the dealer and was cursed and berated. Please include this video in my complaint file.

I have been without a car for over a month. Not only was the Kia Sorento not a quality car but Dan's Quality Cars has not shown me any customer service. 
[redacted] is fixing the car for $3800. Of which I would like Dan's Quality Cars to pay for. The transfer case has a unique feature of torque on demand. I'm not sure what a cream puff car means but I do know that I bought a car that ran for less than 24 hours.
