Review: In July of 2012, I hired [redacted] of Dan's landscaping ([redacted] XXXXX), to power wash my home. After the initial washing, I noticed that three screens had been damaged. I contacted [redacted] to let him know about the damages, and he stated that the screens would be repaired. I waited a bit to follow up, as the summer season is busy for landscapers. I called him again, this time he told me that he had just come out of the hospital and asked me to give him more time. I agreed to this as I am not someone who expects a person who is healing to hop to immediately. We are know into May and the screens are still damaged. How a business owner can ignore damage done to a customers house by his workers is beyond me.
Desired Settlement: I would expect that Mr. [redacted] would honor his word and repair or replace the screens that his workers damaged.

We power washed his house in July.. In late september he calls me and says when we power washed the house we pulle dthe spicet out of the wall a little bit, he just wanted me to know.. Then in october he says we broke the screens now this is 2 and a half months after we washed his house. I told him we do not p=wash the windows for that very reasin and I would look at it. In November he write me a letter saying I told him I would replace the screens for him. I never said that. I am putting a check in the mail for the amount he paid me to wash his house so he cant get his screens fixed.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT ACCEPT the response from the business.)
It was not 2 1/2 months after the job was completed. I notified him in July after the job was completed. When I spoke to him he informed me that he had just gotten out of the hospital and would come by to see the screens. He never came out to see the screens.
