Dan's Backhoe Service

Paid to have a 1050 gal septic tank emptied by ***'s Backhoe service/Jupiter Septic and tech only emptied 525 gals.
On 05/22/2017 I had ***'s Backhoe Service/ Jupiter Septic come to my home to empty a 1050 septic tank system. I have had them once before in 05/2012 and had no issue with the service which was done by ***. Unfortunately, on this date ***'s son came and did dig up both caps to the system and charged me an extra $50 for rags and such that created a 6-8 inch top layer but never inserted the tube to pump out the second tank of 525 gals. I assumed at the time that the truck was full and he would return at a later time to finish the job. He did not that entire week. I contacted the owner ***, and he advised he would ask his son what happened. I did not hear back from *** for several days and called again and spoke with *** who told me he forgot to ask his son. Three days later I called again and finally was told by *** that the job was complete. I asked how if the tube was never put into the second tank and *** responded, it was most likely done. I asked if that was a 100% and he said no. He then advised he has a good relationship with people and will contact me at a later time to have the second tank emptied. He also asked that I never call for service again. I waited a couple days and received a phone call from a *** who said he was in my driveway and wanted to empty the second tank. I told him I wasn't home and no one called to tell me to be there. He said no trouble he will return on Friday 9th 330pm. On June 9th at 530 I called *** to be told he got backed up cause the other worker called out sick and would call me first thing Monday morning June 12th to tell me when he would be there. I never heard from *** again and at this point have never had the second tank emptied or heard back from anyone from this company.
