In response to the complaint number listed above filed by our customer *** *** we would like to explain our position and resolution of her complaint*** *** did speak to our manager about her concerns with her recent orderOur manager assured her that the items in question had been
cleaned, however if she was unsatisfied to please return them to the store to be done over for free*** *** declined to have her items re done so to resolve her concerns we issued a refund check for the amount of her order which was We hope this has resolved her concern with this order
