Nonprofessional, rude, no respect.
had a discourteous conversation with Brian B today, my office had made arrangements to get a quote last week on location as required, now I have been told we took too long to get back with him to order and that his time was wasted putting a quote together (I had a long weekend away with my family during presidents day, do I need to explain?) The man informed me that now that we waited we can delay until next month 4-8 weeks out as he is laughing.
I have never met this person but I have done wrong.
