I bought my husband a g-shock watch as a wedding present. The watch came in a beat up box and the tin container it comes in with no paperwork and looked like it was just thrown in the box. It wasn't wrapped in plastic and was scuffed. It looks like a used watch. I paid over $600 for this watch that is obviously used. When trying to resolve the issue with Daniels they gave me the run around. They said I could return it at my cost. We've bought a few items from Daniels, but will never buy anything from them again.

Daniels jewelers is jewelry stores its gives varity in store and place in many location of USA. A diamond in the rough! I can't believe that there aren't that many reviews for this place visited several different stores in the diamond district as well on 3 separate occasions. Review: I bought a watch at Daniel's Jewelers on my store credit card and I decided I did not want it, I took it back and they said no.I tired returned it in the grace period and still would not return it or exchange. I called consumer service which they never answer are call you back ( I called eighteen times and nothing), and they trying to tell me I have not called because they said they document every time I call consumer service.I said great then you can find out if I called and they said you didn't call. Why should I pay on a store card if I will not use the product. When I did get a hold of some one they said they would look in to this and I get know responds and the consumer service department was blame me and telling me know in the office is going to helps you. The last consumer service person I talk to said If your trying to the item why are you making your payments. So I stopped making payment and then collection called and told me why Are you not making you payments? I told them I had a claim pending its in the computer. She told me they would report me to the credit bureau. Not once Daniel's Jewelers tried to make this right or communicate with me. $200.00 is a lot of money to just throw away, Daniel's Jewelers has bad consumer services, and the policy not for consumers.Desired Settlement: Better consumer services! STOP tricking consumer in to some thing there don't want. I want to return item and will never shop there again.
