This guy is a thief! Run away!!! He collected $cash from us to start the job and never came back!!! The address he gives is abandon home of his brother He is NOT honest or dependable!!!! Our bathroom has been delayed and we've now filed a police report This guy also had us purchase a water heater with more gallons we didn't need Please do yourself a favor and "RUN!"

I should have posted this and other reviews a few weeks ago but.....Exhaustion and work made me a little slow Rick [redacted] is a life saver! I had contacted and retained different plumbers to replace all the pipes under the house and if you like waiting for them to call to say they got tied up, too busy, on their way (but of course never showing up or calling then wait around for the local yokels I was sick of all the run around and began calling every plumber I could find The wasn't one to be had until Rick [redacted] called me back He came out right away and gave me an estimate, and got the job done in daysHis demeanor was wonderful and his employees were great There were of course unforeseen issues but Rick took care of everything! If you want a plumber that has a conscious, high business standards and great prices, CALL RICK'S PLUMBING IN FLORENCE, SC!!!
