Review: Ordered spices from their online store. Order arrived damaged (broken glass bottle). The company's phone goes directly to voicemail. Left one message and I have also emailed five or six times in the past week. I have also messaged the company's [redacted] page. I re-ordered as I wanted the product, and it was shipped out immediately (so I know someone is present at the company). I re-ordered as I thought I would be contacted and provided with a credit for the damaged merchandise.Desired Settlement: I would like to be credited for the damaged product.

Review: On Feb. **, I ordered 6 jars of spices from this online company. Five arrived intact on Feb. **, 1 was broken. I contacted the help desk ([redacted] and was told to send photos of the broken jar and mailing carton, which I did on Feb. **. Since then, I have sent several emails (6) and made 4 telephone calls, each time requesting them to contact me, and leaving my email address and phone number. I have heard nothing. On March *, I emailed to tell them that if I heard nothing by Friday, March *, I would contact the Revdex.com...nothing. So, this email is a follow-through to my threat.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace the jar that was broken with no cost to me, and no shipping charge.
