technician left this property without collecting anything. Because we were running extremely busy so my office also missed thatpayment. After that customer never called us to pay that money either on his behalf. Customer was feeling we installed his AC system for free. Once my accounting team did audit on 08/25/2017, after more than 1 month then they found customer never paid us for AC installation. Then our office supervisor tried to call him to make sure how he made a payment, if in case he already paid that amount. But customer never picked my office call. We kept on trying to call customer until 08/27/2017 afternoon, meantime we sent our technician at customer property, to contact customer. In evening our technician able to hold on customer, And customer gave his credit card for payment, After getting credit card information my accounting team tried to charge customer credit card. But customer gave us wrong information for credit card. After that my technician called customer again, and he gave us right information and finally customer credit card got approved around 9:00 PM for $3,600.00. On 09/15/2017 around 8:19 AM customer called my office and said you guys charged his card twice. My office dispatcher said after checking with accounting team and supervisor we will let you know. Customer said I need my money back plus $100 extra. My office dispatcher told, he can't say anything until he find out what's going on. He said ok. Around 8:27 AM, my office dispatcher called customer and said because of system glitch that card got charged twice, we found that error and if you want we can refund money right away, and send you refund receipt by email. Customer didn't agree on it, he said I need my money back with that I need $100.00 extra, otherwise I will complain about your company all over. Clearly seen customer just wanted to get extra money for no reason. My office dispatcher told him we can't give you $100.00 extra, if you want we love to refund your money right away.
