subcontracted a roofing job for Dan Whiffin which we have not received any payment for. Multiple attempts have been made to contact Dan Whiffin for payment but only answers we get are “soon”, “next week you’ll get paid” , “I promise on Friday for sure”, etc. We’ve previously done jobs for Dan Whiffin and the same type of behavior and reluctance to pay his subcontractors seems to be the norm. Our desired outcome it to receive payment owed of $7,259.40 for job performed on ***.
