I am rejecting this response because: We contacted Top Shelf Motors prior to closing their doors. They received my paperwork to process my warranty return and I was even told that on the phone. It has been almost months with no refund or communication from Top Shelf

I am rejecting this response because: This information is totally inaccurateI have spoken with several representatives with the lender's insurance department, and I was informed that the Gap Insurance is optionalThey stated that the dealer, nor myself would not have been charged a $penalty fee for opting outI was advised to follow up with Revdex.com, as well as file a complaint with DMV
