All about the money not their customers! Our Traverse brakes are unbelievably loud and they are aware they installed bad pads but will not correct them! Should have known to leave when other customer was screaming "my kid could have been in the car when it randomly braked" They would not do anything for her either! When you tell me you know you installed a bad product but won't correct RUN! BTW we have leased our last 3 vehicles from them and that doesn't matter either! Find a dealership that cares!
