Again, we are in the business of selling used vehicles. Vehicles that are previously used come in a variety of conditions. We do our best to recondition vehicles, but many scars left by previous owners will remain regardless of our process. This is simply the nature of used vehicles.
As most people have experienced, vehicles can become damaged in a variety of ways that do not include actually being involved in an accident. Children, shopping carts, and careless people in parking lots are just some of the things that can damage vehicles. In this area, we have no further information than the customer does. The agency producing the report found no accident, therefore that is all we can tell the customer because that is all we are privy to as well.
We regret that the customer is dissatisfied with their experience of purchasing a used vehicle.
I bought a vehicle from dan goben and I was told the vehicle was completely looked over and nothing could be further from the truth. One week after I got it home the wipers stopped working and then I noticed the air conditioning didn't work and finally the alternator went out. All these problems happened in less than 4 months. HANDS DOWN WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.
