This is the original contract on 11/24/13 showing $425 down. Note - this contract shows [redacted] as the homeowner. He is my boyfriend and has been the primary contact for New Finish Homes.
 
 
2. NewFinishHomes 05:16:14
This contract adds the additional work and shows that we put down another $800.
 
 
3. NewFinishHomes 05:20:14
This contract includes the additional materials that the city requested. Under "total paid" there are two errors that are crossed out and corrected: first, we paid $425 originally, not $420, and second, we put another $400 down on 5/20/14 (not $500). The total that is written in is correct. The total we paid was $1625.
