Customer called and wanted estimate for oil leak at rear main oil gave him estiment on phone truck came in and had a oil pan leak also no work at all done on transmission
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: 1. Called in fot a rear main seal. Told you the transmission was leaking. I remember this because you told me you have to change two more seals when your at the transmission. Its on your quote. 2. You tell me you didn't touch the transmission. Thats not true. You did. You unbolted it and renoved it to get to the rear main and the torque convertor. That is ON your INVOICE. 3. I am having the work redone. I have pictures to prove the work you did was incomplete. The seal you claim to have out was warn up.either you never did the work or you did it and didnt do it right. Causing it to leak again. I have an independent contractor working on it. I have all the proof I need. I've talked to my attorney. The damages and down time alone are twice what we paid you. Refund the money adnit y'all screwed up or ill let the legal system handle this. 4. You should stand behind your work. Especially when a customer pays $1854.00 like wow. You treated me as if I stole something. Think about it. I am a towing company. What do I get out of complaining. Nothing. It must be a real issue and your lack of professionalism is not all that shocking. Have you read your reviews online? I should have before driving so far out from irving. Complete easte of time. 5. Oh yea. Once you told me it was done the orixe went up $200 and you had no reason or idea as to why. Because all you guys do is make things up last minute and write it on some home made invoice.
