I am rejecting this response because:
They are lying I  was approved  for the mortgage  my consultant  was just  not doing  his job and I missed my closing  date because  of it. They didn't  provide  the services promised if he knew he didn't  do his job  and we weren't  going to close  because of it why would  he have me waste my money  on the appraisal that's why I want my refund  there has to be something  more I can do.

We are not affiliated with the appraisal company and getting an appraisal done does not guarantee you a commitment to a loan. You...

may contact the appraisal company to see if they will refund your money. However it is probably unlikely as a service was performed and you are entitled to a copy of the appraisal.
