I purchased a groupon in good faith and arrived on 7/5/2013 at 10 for a 10am with "[redacted]". I expressed my groupon to him. A "partial hightlight, cut and style" for $49.95 ...I was looking for a new stylist and thought what a great way to find one. WRONG!!! I was spoken down to sexually and the man doing my hair was black and I was white. I was told my [redacted] was just as good as a [redacted] that way half it's age! Not to mention that when I gave him my groupon prior to service he proceed to do my hair in what ever he felt. Being stupid to "hair doing" dying system I let him make me look like a Labrador Retriever (the golden one). I was only there for a partial highlight, what the hell is he doing coloring my hair, even when I questioned him? [redacted] told me he would make my hair shiny... NOT! After 2.5 hours waiting for him to try and make sense of his madness and "No one can leave his chair crying" as I was, I finally threw a fit had [redacted] Fix my hair with the assistance of the manager. [redacted] was WONDERFUL, however I spent 6 hours at the salon. I paid 50 dollars, then was told that I owed 20 dollars more for my "length". Which I find insulting! I did give [redacted] a tip as she was wonderful and put on the spot at the last minute. She does know what she is doing! However to spend 6 hours in a normally maybe 2 hour hair color/cut/style and then have to still be stuck paying the bill, I find absolutely insulting. I believe I am do back my 50 dollar groupon and my 20 dollar "length" fee..By the Way NO ONE EVER told me I owed another 20 dollars. My hair was blonde with roots and just needed a simple highlight. While I came home looking like a human and not a dog, my hair still was fried and was colored 5 times. 4 times by [redacted] did say it would have looked better if I would have had her do it. [redacted]I would like all my money back. I have photos of being in the shop. I love [redacted] and her work, but you guys made me feel very uncomfortable and I should not have had to pay for 6 hours of hell! **
