Review: 6/30/13 We had proposal for yard work to be done. The work was done and grass seed was planted. It looked awful. We watered day and night for over a month and got 90 percent weeds to grow. 7/25 13 I text him about coming out to look at it. He said this weekend if it suits you. I said Sat. or Sun. after 1pm is good. 7/28/13 I sent a text that we missed him. 7/29/13 I sent another text and said let us know what time & day is good this week. 7/30/13 He sent a text said working out of town be over next weekend. 7/30/13 I said thanks for getting back to us. 8/9/13 I sent a text said what time are you coming out. 8/9/13 He said still out of town be out Sun. after church. 8/9/13 I said ok good thanks. 8/11/13 I said you did say Mon. right? 8/12/13 I told him to call my wife and tell her why you won't come out & repair the yard. 8/13/13 He said I told you next Mon. sorry if you misunderstood. 8/19 I sent a text I said ok another Mon. is gone. Be a good idea for you to get out here this week. Call my wife let her know. 8/24/13 I sent text said ok time is about up 9/3/13 I will call Revdex.com if you don't come out & take care of yard. 8/27 He said please don't call Revdex.com I'll be out ASAP I'll fix it. 8/30/13 I sent a text I said you're soon as possible is as slow as possible. Tue. 9/3/13 will be here before you know it. 8/31/13 I sent a text I said after you get out of what eve you do Sun. morning find your way to Seven Valleys 8/31/13 He said I'm out of town won't be back for about a month. 8/3113 I said sorry about yor luck send someone else. 8/31/13 he said if you notified Revdex.com you will get nowhere. He said if you were'nt happy with the job you would'nt have paid and signed off on it. 9/1/13 I said the contract was signed the first day you were here 6/30/13 and you wanted paid then. Thath was end of contact. Now I don't know what will happen.Desired Settlement: Come out and start all over and do the work right.

The work that was performed at **. and [redacted]'s home was completed in a professional and timely manner. Our position is of course that we want every customer happy. We will supply the homeowner with two 5,000 sq, ft. bags of Weed 'n Feed for the homeowner to spread in the spring of 2014 and hope this will resolve the problem he states he is having.
