I had a bad experience working with Pam when I rented her home from 6-2019 to 8-2019 in Superior.
So many issues, I don't know where to start. Do not use her!! She only cares about how much money she can make. Be sure and look at her office first and see if you want to do business with someone who has the personal information of tenants/clients scattered all over the place.
The house had 32 things that needed to be fixed when I moved in. (Some she had fixed after I moved in, but why would a landlord not fix them beforehad as I suggested?) Including it was unsafe in some areas and she refused to make changes. According to the Landlord Tenant Act, she has to make it a safe environment. She did finally add a railing to the steps after I complained and then she only complained about the cost. She lied to a future tenant (I was standing right there) and didn't believe me when I told her about an issue going on in the house. The AC went out 4 times during the hot summer months, she only complained about how she had to pay for repair men to come out and try to solve the problem. She questioned me when I told her the temperature. I could go on and on, I just want other people to be aware of poential issues with Pam D.
