This gentleman had a storage locker and it was on automatic payment and we did not receive written permission to terminate his lease so we continued to bill his card This gentleman did call our office about this situation and we refunded him the complete amount of $on 4/15/and tried to tell him it was our mistake The gentleman when he called was screaming at my clerk and continued to scream We told him we refunded his money and that this would never happen again and we apologized for our error
