This matter was addressed with the customer 8/22/He is supposed to be contacting the Revdex.com to remove his complaint

I have placed an order April and have not received it and company not responding to emails or phone calls

I placed an order on this company's website, heirloomsewingforchildren.comI was sent a confirmation e-mail with an order number, but I never received the merchandiseI used a credit card and my bank account was chargedIt's been over two monthsI have attempted to contact them repeatedly with no successThankfully I only spent $at this website so I'm not too concerned with getting my money back, but I am concerned that they have my credit card informationI wish someone could shut them down
The website looked legitimate and I ordered from them because they carried items that are not available at the bigger fabric stores (I needed Swiss entredeaux)They sure fooled me!

I ordered yards of white swiss batiste from this company and received 1/yards from what looks to be the end of the bolt I was also charged for Yards I have tried to contact the company through email and phone to resolve the issue by either sending the remnant back and having the charge refunded or receiving the rest of the fabric The voice mailbox was full and remains full so I am not able to leave a messageThey leave me no choice but to dispute the charge I should have read other reviews before ordering from this company!
