Dallas Emergency Physicians

Dallas Emergency Physicians (DEP) had Dynamic Recovery Solutions(DRS) a debt collection contact me regarding an outstanding balance due. The problem is, I've never been to DEP for services. I haven't heard anything after speaking with a representative from DRS. 1. I do not want this matter to appear on my credit report. 2. to make sure my name is cleared/deleted from their system.

Cfsi sent me a collections notice for $113 from Dallas Emergency Physicians. I asked twice for an itemized bill. I got a sheet of paper mailed to my home that says ER $650, you owe $113- thats it, thats all it says. Blue Cross/Blue Shield confirms they never filed a claim with them on my insurance behalf. I have no idea what this is for. I went to the ER on Lovers Lane and left without seeing a doctor or anyone because of the wait with no one there! I sat and waited for a long time not to be seen so I left. I think this is what it is for but I cannot be sure. I think they have committed fraud and charged me for services not given. It was a horrible place. They did not care about my pain. Thankfully a real hospital took me into emergency surgery days later. I pay me medical bills. I have good insurance. However, this company cannot provide proof of why I owe them any money or any services on record rendered to me. The bill they sent me with no itemized items was the first thing I had ever seen from them. I called and they had no address on record for me. They got my current address (which I did not live at during the time of the so called visit) from the collections agency. This charge is fraud.
