Dalla Nonna

I had purchased a calendar necklace from this company, Dalla Nonna, as a gift for my wife for our anniversary on Dec *** When I purchased it, I received an email stating to wait 4-5 weeks for the jewelry to be made and when done I would receive an email with the tracking number. I thought this company was legit because I made a mistake with my order and emailed them immediately asking if they can make the change. They responded the next day saying they could. However, I noticed there was no name to the email nor other contact info. Just the company name. 5 weeks past and I didnt receive any email from them so I emailed them again asking the status of the purchase I made. No repsonse. I found a phone number online. I called and it went straight to voicemail. I called several times during mornings, afternoons and evenings leaving voicemails for them. Never received a response. I finally received an email for a discount promotion from them and in that email I found an address ***. I went to that address and found it was a *** store and they had no recollection of being connected with that company. At this point I realized that this company could be fake and I disputed the charge made on my credit card with my bank.
