voicemail and e-mail from *** on the 12th of July and responded immediately with a phone call and explained my apologiesI explained to him that I had a foreman not show up for a few days which set me in the field installing his jobs and my own and that I hadn't been in my office that weekThe job was started 13th of July and completed on the 21st of August

The following is a timeline of events for this projectThe original start date was to be June 30thI called *** to verify this and he requested a one week extension until July 8th which I agreed toOn July 7th I called to verify if we were still going ahead as scheduledI didn't receive a call back and no one arrived on the 8th as scheduledI tried to contact *** on several occasions from July 7th to July 11th via phone and email and got no responseI Filed the complaint on July 12th at 7:am*** called me around am and explained that he had hurt his back and that he had a foreman quitHe assured me that the job would start on July 13th which did occurMy complaint isn't about the quality of work which was excellentMy problem was the lack of communication after multiple attempts to contact the business and not getting any response from July 7th through July 11thThe job has been completed and I consider this matter resolved
