Review: On August **, 2014 I registered for the Dale Carnegie training in [redacted], we paid with a credit card $1,705.50 , the class began on August **, I attended class 1 and I saw that this class is not for me but I gave it another chance and I attended class 2, after class 2 I saw that this class doesn't bring any value for me and its a waste of my money and time, we contacted dale carnegie and they did not want to issue me a refund in any sort, we explained them that we were not happy with the class and as a consumer we should have the right to cancel out but they did not want to offer me any refund at all, they only offered us that I can take the class anytime up to a year, I have no interest in taking their class since it is totally not interesting for me and it doesn't bring me any value. We tried to deny the credit card charge but they claim that we had a contract with them and their policy is that you can only cancel up to 2 weeks before class, first of all we only registered a week before class and second we were never told of any policy.Desired Settlement: I would like to be issued a refund for a service that I did not receive
