Failure to provide a lifetime drivetrain warranty as promised.
I purchased a 2016 Buick Enclave on 16 June 2020 and was given a We owe document from them stating they owed me a lifetime power train warranty "see attached document" and I would be receiving the paperwork in the mail in 2 weeks, and if I hadn't received it by then to contact the sales rep *** After 3 weeks went by, I called and spoke to *** who told me that *** was not in but she would have him call me. *** never called so I called *** who said he would speak to his manager, I waited a week to see if anyone would call me to inform me if it was taken care of. I spoke to *** again on the 24th of July and he stated that he thought it was taken care of, but he would give my phone number to his manager. Today is the 30th of July and I still haven't heard from anyone at the dealership and I have not received any warranty paperwork. I would like to know if I am going to receive the warranty and if not why.

I would like to get the lifetime power train warranty. At the very least they could be professional and explain why i won't be getting it.
We had given the lifetime warranty. It was done at time of sale. The copy of the warranty is being mailed to the customer.

First of all I do not appreciate their response. They promised me a lifetime warranty at the time of the sale. If I had received the lifetime warranty at the time of the sale, I wouldn't be spending my time filling out a complaint. If it was done at the time of the sale why did I not receive it at the time of the sale. The manager did call me on Monday and told me he was taking care of it and I should receive it in a few days. If I receive the warranty paperwork I will be happy to drop this.
The customer has been mailed the warranty and sent back signed copy. The system was down on day of purchase.The warranty was placed on the vehicle as soon as we where able to and has been on there.

I do not have a copy of the warranty I received a screen shot from *** the salesman of the front page of the warranty that he asked me to sign. I signed it and returned it to him. The front page has no information that is useful to me. I don't understand why they can't mail me a copy of the full warranty. At this point I would pay the postage.
2019 Camry advertised in TrueCar.com for firm price of $17,650. Charged me $19,145 plus tax, etc.
I saw the 2019 Camry advertised for a firm price of $17,650 in TrueCar.com. I purchased the vehicle. I trusted the company, so I didn't check the sales receipt carefully. Benton charged me $19,145 as the base price (should have been $17,650) plus tax, tag, delivery, etc. The salesperson was *** and the sales manager was Jason Kelley. I contacted them on Monday, and they said that they had added in "Benton Benefits." I told them I did not want those benefits because I live in Bham and can't use them. They said I had to take them, even though I did not want them. I checked the website, and It clearly states that the "Benton Benefits" are free. Therefore, I was cheated and lied to. I am 73 years old and feel that they thought they could pull this over one me.
I want a refund of $1495.00 the amount I was overcharged.
The Customer making the complaint paid cash for her vehicle and questioned it before signing her paperwork as did her grandson who was on the vehicle.There are text between sales person clearly explaining the 1495.The dealership did not finance the vehicle for them so they gave a check and knew the total the entire time. Our website clearly states that Benton Benefits is added to price.
I have heard from the company. They promised to send a check Monday or Tuesday. If they do, I will write a letter stating that they resolved the issue. Thank you for being so diligent in checking on this issue.

lied to me had me put money down I couldn't get back delivered the truck and wasn't what I wanted.
Called the lot to talk to a sales person. Told them the truck must be leather. The very 1st thing I told them. They said they had the truck. Had me put a deposit down on the truck that I couldn't get back. File a loan. And pay 750$ to deliver the truck to me. When they truck was looked at the truck I seen it dnt have leather. I called the manager there at Dale Benton Chevy and told me it was my fault. Even tho I had talked to the sales person 2/3 time how I couldn't find one here that had the tan leather. And the sales person insured me that it had it. Bc the truck as it sits I could have got here in my town and been cheaper. but the ones here didn't have leather so I didn't want it. When I got the manager on the phone told me I could just pay for leather 1895$ to have it put in. Or they could take it back and I'd be out the delivery and the deposit. And them running my credit. I even tried to reason with the manager and see if they would pay for half the leather and he told me no dam way. I just never been in this spot to be jacked out of money like this and being pressed to make a min decision like that . So I did take the truck bc I would of been out the deposit and delivery of 1250$ if I didn't take it and them running my credit.
Idk what I would really like to see done other then it's just not right for a dealer to do that. other then maybe pay for the leather like was supposed to be in the truck.

Idk I'd like to see them have to pay for the leather in my truck . With out me having to drive to them and put it in there 7hrs and charge me 1895$ to do it .
Mr. Hadley located this vehicle online and had seen over 50 photographs of the vehicle in question. Besides the photos, there was a full vehicle description that stated the vehicle had cloth interior. Upon delivery of the vehicle to Missouri, the customer was given the option not to purchase the vehicle and send our drivers back home. The customer opted to keep the vehicle that was delivered to him. There were no misleading sales tactics used in this transaction. The deposit the customer put down was a non-refundable deposit that he was made aware of prior to having the vehicle delivered.

When I found the truck online and called the dealership the sales person told me what truck I needed to look at. Bc I had told the sales person I wanted leather . And in there pictures you can't tell what the seats are. And there web page in specifications does not say what ones are and aren't leather. That's why I talked to the sales person. And as it states on the phone Chevy records the phone calls for quality. All they need to do is pull my phone calls from my number and listen to the recording of me explaining how I wanted leather in the truck. And why was I told the sale person was fired the nexted day if they wasn't in the wrong here. I just dnt think they should be able to get by doing this to the small people. I will attach a picture of what they put online for interior of there trucks this picture is one from today not mine they done pulled it off line . But I have a picture of what they call the inside that you can tell what they seats are "this is my truck off there page" But you can't tell what they are.. I have texts from the sales person saying they was fire as well . If they aren't in the wrong why would they fire the sales person. And the non refundable deposit was supposed to be on the truck with leather like I told the sales person.

As far as the center console organizer, that is a GM Accessory that can be purchased, none of our trucks come with those from the factory.
You were also given the option the have the vehicle brought back down here at your expense to have leather put in at our cost. I will make you that same offer. If you find someone local to you that can install the leather for $500, we will reimburse you as a customer goodwill gesture.
Also, the sales representative was not fired or released from our company, she chose to take a job with better hours.

Even that the cloth wasn't stated on the truck I got and I went off what the sales person told me and I proved txt and even suggest getting the recording of the phone calls to the dealer to support what I said I was told .
Said I'd if I can get 500$ for leather knowing it's going to cost 3 times that. Y'all even told me 1400$ there at your dealership. But in Springfield Mo at reliable Chevy they charge 1,700$ for it.
How would I get the 500$ to put towards the leather then ? Bc Reliable Chevy will be the ones installing it in Springfield Mo
