The problem I was experiencing was fixed when the vendor recommended a different third party software to use in conjunction with my order. I was then able to access my order in its entirety. This issue is resolved.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by QuantQuote regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
the company is not giving straight answers. I asked for a phone call to resolve my issues at least 4 times and they are not willing to do the same....
Moreover, they are very slow to respond and always take 3-4 business days to respond. Such slow response is not acceptable.
