[redacted] is EXTREMELY thorough and helpful. She is the Home Inspector I always place at the very TOP of my list of recommended Home Inspectors, that I give to my clients.

I hired Daltech services to perform a home inspection. Although she is a very nice lady, there were a few issues that I found after I moved in which should have been caught by the home inspection. The first issue was a leaky toilet after flushing. The second issue was the dish washer was not draining. The toilet issue was resolved by switching out the wax ring. The dish washer issue was resolved by removing the knockout plug from the disposer. Both of these issues should have been detected during the home inspection as a leaky toilet and a non-draining dish washer must at least pass [redacted] eyeball test. However not enough attention to detail was placed in the inspection, which leaves me wondering how many other issues will I encounter. I would not recommend Daltech to anyone as there was more interest placed on finishing fast then performing the inspection correctly.
