After reviewing the information, there were repairs needed on the vehicle. Dahl covered the entire cost of the second repair; the guest paid for the
first repair. The difference between the two repairs is approximately $(the first repair was more). We are willing to refund the $difference

I am rejecting this response because: My reasoning behind my complain was the way I was treated by someone who is supposed to be the one make it right (General manager) He made disrespected me talked down to me in a way that I have never been talked to or disrespected at time I felt that I was being treated this way because of being a Hispanic women. I took my vehicle in to a certified dealership that should have tried go make things better croon day one instead of putting me under so much stress,missing work this has been such a stressful experience that I do not wish any other person should experience. Ever since my I took my vehicle in it had been nothing but a headache one thing after another has had to be fix, yes we are taking about an 2005 Envoy not all of us have money to afford a brad new vehiclereason why we take really good care if it. I took it in to get one issue fixed and came out with more issues how does that work? I want back what is fair for all if my troubles that this so called certified dealership calls and promise clients a great experience and not a nightmare.
