The employees are very rude and ask the same questions over and over. and when you get mad because you keep repeating your self they tell you to not get mad.. And when you ask to speak to a supervisor they say they are one. and when you get sick of repeating yourself and demand for a supervisor. they transfer to a real supervisor and the job gets done... We will be looking for a different mortgage company and will never refer this company to anyone......
I started the pre-qualification process through them. It started off well and I was excited to find someone who had reasonable terms for mobile home financing. I was told that a 650 credit score or better will achieve the 5% down cutoff for down payment. After obtaining all of my financials and pulling my credit, they informed me that down payment was 15% which was 10% higher than the original. This obviously caused them to lose my business because of misguided information and being lied to. Though my credit be way higher than what was needed it didn't make sense to punish one with good credit. I told them never mind and I am also considering legal action for pulling my credit after obtaining false information from them. They are nice at the start but I'm going to assume once you are actually stuck with them they probably offer horrific customer service. Why are the Revdex.com accredited? I didn't have to fully do business to be burned by them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because most negative reviews stemmed from late payments, that defeats the purpose of a loan and lending so I can understand there end being upset but when lied to from the start that's false advertising!
This is the worst company on the face of the planet. They do not care about any type of deadline or closing date. Because of their delays I was forced to move twice fall out of escrow and spend thousands on moving and rent costs. If you are looking at this company because they are the only ones that will lend for your type of Mobile home. Don't buy it. It is not worth the pain to deal with them. Find a cheap condo or house and deal with a reputable company. This companies licence to practice should be revoked and my next complaint is going to be to the state of [redacted] licensing board.
Horrible customer service, nobody can answer your questions, received a mobile home loan, do not even have a well or septic tank and they want first payment already when I can't live in it!
These are the most rude people ever in the collections department you feel as though you are being interrogated and that you are less than a person I have only been 30 days late twice in the length of my loan if you call to make arrangements to pay late you have to go thru the problem each time and they talk down to you. I have good credit so I am going to refinance my mortgage with someone else would encourage no one to do business with them. They have rude rude customer service!!!!
