[redacted] did not honor my scheduled time for piano lessons after my several attempts to explain to her that l had preferred times of any weekday from 6m to 6.30pm or from 6.30pm to 7pm I have all the back and forth emails showing that she cashed the post dated cheque of $for the 1st piano class to start in September then she tried to force me to choose another time not convenient for me as follows: July 23rd - l requested for a time on Saturday July 31st - [redacted] replied that l should choose another day July 31st - l replied immediately with an alternate piano class date of Wednesdays at 6-630pm Sept 5- [redacted] cashed my post dated cheque of $but did not tell me that she would not honor my alternate date and time Sept - [redacted] tried to force me to accept a different date and time even after l tried explaining to her that it would not be convenient for me I requested for my money back because l had previous scheduled appointments but she refused Product_Or_Service: Piano
