Da Vita Duncanville Dialysis

Transferred to this dialysis center due to work location. After two successful dialysis treatments, the staff couldn't stick me properly for treatment and referred me to a vascular center before they would treat me again. A long delay ensued, due to insurance authorization issues, staff being on vacation, and following their request to go to a hospital for dialysis (hospital deemed not necessary). After finally getting in, doctor indicated no clotting and only a slight tightening. I called the center that day to indicate a return. They stated they couldn't take me back after 30 days (when not my problem to begin with) and couldn't transfer me anywhere due to the corona virus.

This staff is incompetent and not looking out for a patient's best interest and wouldn't help expedite medical procedures. They apparently wrote me off after they had problems starting dialysis. It's created major medical issues at a problematic time for me. I would rather transfer back to Arlington, where they care about the patient and don't treat everything and everyone as a business. This place doesn't belong to stay in business.
