Review: I stayed at the Da Vinci Hotel 3 nights with my husband. The entire time we stayed there our room was never cleaned. Our trash was piled up no toilet paper and we had to call after returning from sightseeing at 5:20 pm to get towels. New York isn't that clean of a city and the rooms should be cleaned. W paid for that service and it was not given to us. I am a [redacted] and I need a clean room. The towels were dingy looking and the rooms were not clean. We were given a run around that the rooms are cleaned after 5:30 pm. That is just when most people are showering to getting ready for dinner. The [redacted] argued with us that that was their policy, we were never told our rooms would be cleaned after 5:30 pm. We thought we should be compensated for not getting any cleaning service.Desired Settlement: We feel the hotel had an obligation to clean our room prior to 5:30pm. We had to call each day and they ran to bring towels, toilet paper, soap. We asked for a adjustment on the bill and they denied. I want one night complimentary for my horrible room situation. situation.
