Da Kine Bail Bonds

They use the business name for the bounty store to sell their merchandise. I received an email that they mailed my shirt I ordered about 3 weeks ago. No tracking info. I looked up how long it should take to get to me. 2 weeks past that time allotted, and I've never got it. I've sent several emails asking for tracking, and finally one for a refund since I've received zero items and zero customer service. Still no word. If they can't answer business emails then they need a separate department to do so. I'm not just one of their fan email I'll la. I either want my stuff or a refund. At this point, a refund is best since I never got my item. Just their word they shipped it with no tracking. Is bail bonds so bad they have to scam customers money?
