Dispute Resolution Department,Ms [redacted] ) violated her lease contract by not informing and involving Ds Auto Imports in the collision repairs of her vehicleHer lease plainly states that Ds Auto Imports Ltd(Ds, Lessor) makes all decisions about collision damage to leased vehicles and must be informed at the time damage occurs with full Power of Attorney give to Lessor[redacted] leased vehicle had a power-train warranty onlyShe was responsible for all maintenance and repairs outside of an engine or transmission failureHer repairs were not under warranty, since she did not have the money to repair her vehicle, Ds in a good faith effort did not exercise its contractual rights to cure her lease by repossessionRather, Ds helped [redacted] repair her vehicle and carried her on a side note which sh agreed to pay in a timely manner and then failed to do so.After Ds picked up [redacted] leased car in Michigan she was informed that she needed to pay her side note, the deductible on her collision repair, Ds transportation costs to bring her car back from a Michigan Auto Body Shop that was not authorized by Ds to do any collision repairs (which placed [redacted] lease in default) and bring any payments owed up to date and Ds would release her leased vehicle back to her in good standing.Ms [redacted] Julien deserves no refund she was fairly charged for the use of her leased vehicle, and sill owes Ds Auto Imports Ltda considerable amount of money that she refuses to pay.Again, in good faith Ds is not pursuing any legal recourse against [redacted] for thousands of uncollectable lease dollars and other expenses incurred by Ds because of her lease defaults.Respectfully, [redacted] ***General Manager of Ds Auto Imports
