D'Amico Pools

At this time, I have been contacted directly by D'Amico Pools regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The [redacted] ( [redacted] ) called me two or three times asking what was wrong with the poolI am sure he called me after being contacted by the Revdex.comI told him the installation was done incorrectly, I wasn't satisfied and that I had a couple of swimming pool contractors come, take a look and provide any estimatesHe then became heated when I told him that just by looking at it the pool was not done correctly I eventually hired a contractor who replaced the liner and made repairs, for example [redacted] installed the skimmer gasket incorrectly, there should have been foam installed and new pool base I told [redacted] I didn't want him to come over and look and see what he could doI said I have no problem paying him for his time as he he worked but suggested we split the cost of the liner where I would receive about $ This was met with no answer or responseA last resort would be to sue him in small claims court In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
