It clearly states that a customer receives FIVE free photo sessions and photo sheets throughout the year.? As I mentioned earlier, you already received six sessions and photo sheets.? I can send a copy of the exact invoices showing that you indeed received six free photo sessions and photo sheets if you need to see them again.? complaint you filed about Cutie Pie Photo Studio. I am sorry, but your email dated January 25, 2015, was inadvertently overlooked and never forwarded on to me. I understand your frustration in losing a great photography studio in Marshfield. Unfortunately, we did not know we would be closing that studio when you purchased the Cutie Pie Baby Club membership on April 28, 2015. As I am sure you know, the Cutie Pie Baby Club offers you a free session and one free photo sheet FIVE times throughout the year along with two gifts (a photo cube and a hardcover photo book). I did look up all of your transactions, and you were actually given SIX free sessions and photo sheets as well as your photo cube. I included a listing of the transactions with the club membership items redeemed below: April 28, 2015: Purchased the Cutie Pie Baby Club ($cost; retail value: $254.88) April 28, 2015: Redeemed 1st free session and photo sheet ($value); also redeemed photo cube ($value) June 20, 2015: Redeemed 2nd free session and photo sheet ($value) July 21, 2015: Redeemed 3rd free session and photo sheet ($value) September 22, 2015: Redeemed 4th free session and photo sheet ($value) December 19, 2015: Redeemed 5th free session and photo sheet ($value) January 23, 2015: Redeemed 6th free session and photo sheet ($value; should not have been given) To complete the requirements of the Cutie Pie Baby Club, you can still redeem the final item in the club membership, the baby book ($value). However, since you received an extra free session and photo sheet ($value), you will need to pay the difference before we can order the baby book. Otherwise, we would be happy to refund the $(difference between book price and free session/photo sheet received) if you decide that you do not the book. Before we can issue the refund, we would need you to return the membership card so there is no confusion or if anyone else tries to redeem it As you mentioned in your letter to the Revdex.com, it is too far to drive to Weston. However, you did redeem the sixth free session and photo sheet on January 23, at our Weston location. You also scheduled a session for February and March 26, at the Weston location as well; please let us know if you plan to keep those appointments. We do have many customers that drive over an hour to have their photos taken. But, as I mentioned earlier, I would be happy to refund the prorated cost of the Cutie Pie Baby Club membership if you decide you do not wish to redeem the final item. Otherwise, we would be happy to have you see us in Weston and you can continue to use your club membership to redeem your final gift (hardcover photo book) there.
