D-Town Crossfit

I was charged $150 which I did not authorize, it took months before they responded to me at which time they informed no refund would be issued.
I had called D-Town CrossFit in early October to get more information about introductory classes. I was unable to attend their "Elements" class progression that they offer due to my schedule and was told I could do private lessons instead as an introduction. I was told it was $50 per individual session, and agreed to try this out. I made one appointment on October 17, 2012 at which time I provided my credit card information to pay for the one class I was about to take. I later discovered that my visa card was billed for $200 (Offer ID: [redacted] by DTOWN CROSSFIT DENVER CO-[redacted]) despite having only taken one class. I called in late October to discuss a refund for the $150 charged on my card that I did not authorize. I was told someone would call me back. Over the course of the next several months, I continued to try and call someone to discuss the charge and did not receive any response until January 16, 2013 when my phone call was responded to via email. At that time, the owner claimed I had purchased a set of non-refundable classes for $200- which is not something I agreed to, or had anyone mentioned this to me previously. I was under the impression I would be taking individual classes at a $50 per class. In one email, the owner wrote "If this was an issue when you were originally charged the $200 dollars it should have been addressed then." This is incredibly frustrating to hear given I had been attempting to address the issue since October. I am also disappointed at the owner's refusal to work with me or provide professional customer service.
