DT [redacted] redid my Roof a yr later a leak developed and they failed to fix the interior of my house after promising to do so.
Approximately 2years ago [redacted] redid my roof, with a 20 year guarantee, I felt fairly secure. One year later a leak developed, they promised at that time to fix the roof and repair the damage in my bathroom. The ceiling in the bath was cracked, peeling, stained and preparing to fall down. Mr. [redacted] senior specifically told me that "they would take care of it". After finally getting the leak fixed they sent a repairman around to see the ceiling of the bath and I assumed to give them a price. I talked to the repairman about some other work in the house and he gave me a price on some other work. I asked him what he thought the cost on the ceiling in the bath was and he told me that was between him and [redacted] Roofing because they were paying him. I told him that was my understanding and I was impressed that he didnt reveal that number to me. After I hadnt heard from [redacted] for a couple of months I called 5 times before I finally talked to The son [redacted] Jr. He told me that his father refused to pay for it because the problem was underneath part of the roof that he had fixed and that wasnt covered. This is after they fixed it and again he told me point blank that he would "pay for the repair in the bathroom" Just before Mr. [redacted] Jr. had come to the house I discovered another leak in my family room. They fixed the leak,I think, we havent had real hard rain since, but again refused to pay for repairs in my family room. I have had a contractor give me estimates for repairing both rooms.
