Review: I had my rack and pinion replaced twice by D & S auto repair an each time the device failed after a few days. After the first failue, D & S auto told me that I must have hit something in the road.After the 2nd failure, I took my vehicle to the local Honda dealer.They replaced the rack and pinion device and reported to me that bolts were missing or stripped and a brace/hanger was missing. I could have lost control and hurt or killed someone.The D & S folks have blamed the rack and pinion supplier. The rack and pinion supplier is a highly recommended dealer to many automotive shops. D & S auto repair has refused to return my money for the failed installation and cost at approximately $2000. I have called D & S several times but they never returned a call request.Desired Settlement: Full refund for labor and parts and rental car cost.
