D R Transmission

I brought the transmission for my 98 Dodge 4x4 pickup to this shop to have it rebuilt. It took a day longer than they originally had told me due to carelessness of the mechanic. I recieved a 2yr warranty on the rebuilt transmission and brought it back to my mechanic to be reinstalled. After installation the transmission does not work, it actually is worse than it was before they had it. When I took it in originally reverse did not work, but all forward gears worked just not very well. Now all I have is reverse, no forward gears what so ever. I contacted them to schedule another rebuild and I was told within a few days they would have another transmission rebuilt and could just swap them. This was now over two weeks ago, they refuse to return the many voicemails I leave them, they dont even answer the phone
