12/5/13 my tenant called REEH to unstop the kitchen as they have multiple times the past 3 years. My tenant called while REEH was on site to report that REEH found a sewer line break and could not prevent raw sewage from backing uyp in the kitchen sink. I asked for Plumbers Report and Repair Plan. 12/6/13 while I was driving REEH called me for authorization to destroy the living room floor. I again asked fro Plumber's Report and Repair Plan.On Dec 8, 2013, I received invoice #[redacted] for $651.25 that simply described the work performed in eight words as Sink Stopped Up. Drain collapse needs to be repair. Nearly 6 hours of labor was charged to make this determination. In the TOTAL SUMMARY, LABOR $546.25, Camera $80, and Sink $25. However, the Invoice references a Sewer Machine rather than a Sink for the same cost. After mulitple requests for a Plumbers Report and Repair Plan, I have had to secure services from another firm.Tha
