D. Neal Construction

Mr. Neal has repeatedly refused to fix roof . I did not know roof was improperly installed untill. Insurance adjuster informed me of problem.
Mr.Neal signed a contract agreing to replace damaged roof due to hail storm.02/15/2010. Started Job on 04/13/2010. Since then I have had shingles sliding off roof. Contacted Mr. Neal multiple times for response.October31,2013.Woke up and looked at living room ceiling there was leaking with ceiling damage. Contacted Mr. Neal by phone pleaded with him to respond. Had someone look and he came and walked roof Stated roof was not properly installed and not nailed down with proper amount of nails. I now have damage to my home due to Mr. Neal refusal. to repair damage.Have copies of cancelled checks where Mr. Neal was paid in full per agreed amount per contract.
